As we look to build our network of remote sales & marketing specialists across Asia, one of the things we are striving for is to give our people the opportunity to work on flexible terms. In a world of 3-2-2, a 4-day work week recently trialled by Unilever in NZ, big tech telling workers they need never come back to the office, and, sadly many people in Europe working from home full time through ongoing lockdowns, the way people want to work will be very different when we are through this. That's why we will give our skilled remote workers the chance to work part time - giving them the freedom they want to work how they want and often when they want. We need to walk the walk and that's why, even at the very entry level, we are offering internships on a part time basis.
